PickMyNews provides a personalized subscription service allowing its members to access automated editorial content ("PickMyNews Content") sent by email or accessible online, in the form of automatically generated newsletters according to the chosen frequency.
These General Terms of Sale govern your use of our service. In these Terms, "PickMyNews service", "our service" or "the service" refers to the personalized digital service provided by PickMyNews to discover, receive, and view editorial content, including all features, recommendations, web interfaces, dashboards, automation features, as well as all content and software associated with our service.
The reference to "you" refers to the member who created the PickMyNews account and whose payment method is used for billing.
1. Membership
1.1. Subscription Duration
Your PickMyNews subscription continues until termination. To use PickMyNews, you must have Internet access, provide a valid email address, and provide us with one or more valid payment methods. Unless cancelled before the billing date, you authorize us to charge the subscription fees for the next billing cycle (see "Termination" section).
1.2. Subscription Plans
PickMyNews offers various subscription plans, which may include:
- 1, 2, 5, or 7 newsletters per week,
- weekly, monthly, or annual subscriptions,
- advanced features (analytics, recommendations, premium content).
Some plans may include limited promotional content (e.g., sponsored messages or editorial recommendations related to PickMyNews).
Available features may vary depending on the plan chosen and will be specified during registration or in any corresponding communication.
1.3. Third-Party Subscriptions
Some subscriptions may be offered by third parties (platforms, partners) in connection with their own services. These subscriptions may have specific conditions, communicated during registration.
Details of your subscription are accessible from your PickMyNews personal space.
2. Promotional Offers
PickMyNews may occasionally offer promotional offers (free trials, discounts, promotional codes, etc.). PickMyNews reserves the right to revoke an offer in case of ineligibility.
Eligibility may be determined based on information such as: email, device, payment method, or subscription history.
Specific conditions for each offer are communicated during registration.
3. Billing and Termination
3.1. Billing Cycle
PickMyNews subscription fees will be charged to your payment method on the billing date shown in your "Account" section. The cycle duration depends on the plan chosen (weekly, monthly, or annual).
Your billing date may be changed, including:
- in case of payment failure,
- when changing plans,
- if your subscription started on a day that doesn't exist every month.
3.2. Payment Methods
To use PickMyNews, you must provide one or more valid payment methods. You authorize us to charge any payment method associated with your account if the primary method is declined.
In case of payment failure and no cancellation, we may suspend access to the service until payment is made.
Some payment methods may incur additional fees (bank fees, foreign transactions). This is the responsibility of your payment provider.
3.3. Payment Method Updates
You can update your payment methods in your "Account" section. Following an automatic update by your provider, you authorize us to continue charges on the updated payment method.
3.4. Termination
You can terminate your PickMyNews subscription at any time. Your access remains active until the end of the current period.
Payments are non-refundable and no refund or credit is given for partially used periods or unviewed content.
Termination is done through your "Account" section.
If you subscribed through a third party, you must cancel through that third party (e.g., via App Store, third-party Stripe Billing, etc.).
3.5. Price and Plan Changes
PickMyNews may change its prices or plans, including due to:
- changes in technical costs,
- distribution fees,
- legal requirements,
- addition of new features.
Any change will be announced at least one month in advance. If you refuse the change, you can terminate your subscription before it takes effect.
4. Use of PickMyNews Service
4.1. Minimum Age
You must be at least 18 years old to subscribe to PickMyNews. Minors may use the service under adult supervision.
4.2. Personal Use
PickMyNews content is reserved for personal, non-commercial use, unless specifically authorized. No public distribution or sharing beyond your personal use is permitted.
We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to access the content as part of your subscription.
4.3. Geographic Availability
PickMyNews content is primarily accessible in the country where you established your account, unless specifically restricted by local legislation.
Content availability may vary depending on your location and may be changed at any time.
4.4. Service Evolution
The content and features of the PickMyNews service are regularly updated. We do not guarantee the permanent availability of any particular content.
4.5. Technical and Legal Restrictions
Unless expressly authorized, you agree not to:
- reproduce, distribute, modify, or use PickMyNews content;
- bypass security mechanisms;
- use robots, scrapers, or automated scripts;
- attempt to decompile or misuse our software;
- inject code or interfere with our platform;
- use our service or data to train or evaluate artificial intelligence models, automated systems, or similar technologies.
We may suspend or terminate your access in case of violation.
4.6. Access Quality
Newsletter reception depends on:
- your access provider;
- the quality of your Internet connection;
- your mailbox configuration;
- your filtering settings (spam, automatic rules, etc.).
PickMyNews cannot guarantee delivery on all technical environments.
4.7. Associated Software
The PickMyNews software, developed by or for PickMyNews, can only be used to access the service. We may automatically deploy updates.
5. Passwords and Account Security
Your password is strictly personal and must remain confidential. Anyone with access to your account is deemed to be acting on your behalf.
You must maintain accurate and up-to-date information in your account.
We may suspend or close your account in case of suspected fraud or identity theft.
6. Miscellaneous Provisions
6.1. Unsolicited Content
PickMyNews does not accept unsolicited ideas or content and is not responsible for any similarities between proposed content and content sent to PickMyNews.
6.2. Customer Support
For any assistance, you can consult our help center or contact us via the support email indicated on the website.
6.3. Severability
If any provision is deemed invalid, the others remain fully applicable.
6.4. Changes to Terms
PickMyNews may modify these Terms, including to:
- adapt the service,
- comply with legislation,
- improve readability,
- make organizational changes,
- strengthen security.
In case of substantial change, you will be notified at least one month before it takes effect.

All communications related to your account will be sent electronically (email, website interface).
